Cibulkova-Siniakova;

The match will take place tomorrow at 7:00 in the morning (polish time) on hard courts in Tokyo.
Both players are in rather a poor form, but in the same time in Cibulkova's I see some improvements. Probably she plays her best tennis this year (still it's way below her potential). H2H is in favor of Slovak. Last year also on hard courts she smashed up her tomorrow's opponent 6-2 6-0. IMO in the current situation, there is a little value on Cibulkova's side.
